1. Transaction Limits
To maintain platform security, compliance obligations, and responsible use, the following daily limits apply to all user accounts on Wondersplace.com:
Purchase Limits
- Maximum Purchase Amount: $400 per calendar day
- Maximum Number of Purchase Transactions: 50 per calendar day
Redemption Limits
- Maximum Redemption Amount: $400 per calendar day
- Maximum Number of Redemption Transactions: 10 per calendar day
Wondersplace may adjust limits based on risk, fraud prevention, compliance requirements, or Tier Lock reviews.
2. Redemption Processing Methods & Timeframes
Wondersplace provides multiple redemption methods. Processing times depend on your bank, blockchain network activity, and verification requirements.
A. Direct-to-Debit
Redemptions generally process immediately.
Possible delays for:
- Digital banks
- Prepaid card issuers
- Institutions performing additional fraud checks or manual reviews
B. ACH Redemption Processing Windows
ACH transactions are processed in timed batches. Funding availability is determined by the receiving bank's local operating hours (RFDI).
First Window
Cutoff Time: 7:20 AM EST
Funds Available (RFDI): ~1:30 PM
Second Window
Cutoff Time: 12:50 PM EST
Funds Available (RFDI): ~5:00 PM
Third Window
Cutoff Time: 2:50 PM EST
Funds Available (RFDI): End of Processing Day*
Fourth Window
Cutoff Time: After 2:50 PM EST
Funds Available (RFDI): Next Business Day
C. Cryptocurrency Redemptions
Wondersplace supports redemptions via select cryptocurrencies.
Crypto redemptions generally process quickly but may vary based on:
- Blockchain network congestion
- Wallet verification
- Anti-fraud or compliance checks
Users must ensure wallet accuracy; crypto transactions are irreversible.
Supported coin list may change for compliance or risk management.
D. Tier Lock System
Wondersplace implements a Tier Lock protection system designed to safeguard users and prevent fraudulent activity.
Tier Lock may activate for:
- Unusual redemption patterns
- High-risk behavior or rapid spend cycles
- Banking inconsistencies
- Chargeback, dispute, or identity-verification triggers
Tier Lock actions may include:
- Temporary redemption holds
- Additional ID or account verification
- Adjusted spending or redemption limits
- Manual review before funds release
Tier Lock is lifted once verification or review is successfully completed.
3. Additional Notes
RFDI: Refers to the local time of the receiving bank.
End of Processing Day: Dependent on the bank's posted operating hours.
ACH transactions do not process on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
All redemption timeframes are approximate and subject to security reviews.
