They are not contests, sweepstakes, games, or skill competitions.

They do not involve chance-based awards, game prizes, or wagering.

• Limited-time platform incentives
• Referral bonuses
• Tier bonuses

All promotional values are denominated in service credits and have no cash value unless otherwise explicitly stated by Sponsor.

To participate in any Promotion, a user must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Reside in a jurisdiction where Wondersplace.com services are available
• Maintain a valid Wondersplace.com account in good standing

Employees, contractors, or agents of Amusement Technologies LLC, along with members of their immediate households, are not eligible for Promotions.

Sponsor may suspend, deny, or terminate participation at its discretion.

Wondersplace.com promotional offers do not require a purchase.

Purchasing services from Wondersplace.com does not:

• Increase chances of receiving a bonus
• Unlock "prize entries"
• Affect promotional eligibility

Users may receive promotional credits entirely without payment whenever Sponsor publishes such offers.

Promotional credits may be awarded through any of the following methods:

• Account registration bonuses
• Referral bonuses
• Limited-time platform incentives
• Loyalty or engagement-based rewards
• Tier-based bonuses
• Direct promotional offers sent by Sponsor

All promotional credits:

• Are discretionary
• Are subject to availability
• May be changed, modified, or discontinued at any time
• Cannot be transferred between users
• Have no intrinsic monetary value unless specifically stated otherwise

Promotional credits may not be:

• Redeemed for cash (unless explicitly permitted in a specific offer)
• Transferred or sold
• Used for illegal activity
• Converted to fiat, crypto, or any financial instrument

Wondersplace.com may set usage conditions, expiration dates, or limitations on promotional value.

Unused promotional credits may expire without compensation.

Although Wondersplace.com does not require KYC for general platform use, Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Request identity confirmation
• Validate promotional eligibility
• Deny or revoke bonuses if fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected

Wondersplace.com may suspend bonuses associated with unusual account activity.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time, including but not limited to:

• System errors
• Suspected abuse
• Technical issues
• Regulatory requirements
• Marketing updates

Only promotional credits earned before termination remain valid, subject to any expiration rules.

If Sponsor ever provides a Promotion that results in taxable value under federal or state law, users are responsible for any applicable tax reporting.

Wondersplace.com does not issue 1099 forms for promotional credits unless legally required.

By participating, users release Amusement Technologies LLC and its affiliates from all claims related to:

• Use or misuse of promotional credits
• System outages
• Technical errors
• Account issues
• Modification or cancellation of promotions

Promotions are offered as-is with no warranties.

Users may receive promotional announcements electronically.

You may opt out of SMS/email promotional messages at any time:

• Via account settings, or
• By contacting Wondersplace.com support

Opting out may limit your ability to receive promotional offers.
