We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

8.1 Purchases and Transactions

• Cryptocurrency rails

All transactions are subject to the Transaction Limits & Redemption Processing Policy, incorporated by reference.

8.2 Transaction Limits

We may apply daily or periodic limits for risk and compliance purposes.

• Daily redemption limit: up to $400

8.3 No Coins, No Bonus Games

Wondersplace does not issue coins, bonus games, or free spins.

8.4 Crypto Transactions

Where crypto transactions are supported:

• Wallet accuracy is your responsibility
• Transactions are generally irreversible
• Network congestion may affect processing time
• Supported assets may change

The Services, Site, and all related materials are owned by or licensed to Amusement Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal lawful use.

10.1 User Content

If you upload content, you grant Wondersplace a worldwide license to use it in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

We may remove content at our discretion.

We make no warranties, including:

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMUSEMENT TECHNOLOGIES LLC d/b/a WONDERSPLACE.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss
• Third-party actions

Total liability shall not exceed $1,000 USD or the amount paid in the past six months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amusement Technologies LLC d/b/a Wondersplace.com from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violation of this Agreement
• Violation of third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time.

Upon termination:

• Access to Services ceases immediately
• Certain legal sections survive termination

Disputes must first be sent to support@wondersplace.com.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Both parties agree:

• Disputes will be resolved individually
• No class actions or representative claims

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where Amusement Technologies LLC maintains its principal place of business, subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.
